Sell With Us

At our store, we offer a consignment service for customers who wish to sell their items through our platform. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions of our consignment service.

  1. Consignment Process: Customers who wish to consign their items must first contact us with a description of the item(s) they wish to sell. We will then review the item(s) and determine if they are a good fit for our store. If we agree to sell the item(s), we will discuss and agree upon a selling price with the customer.

  2. Consignment Agreement: Once we agree upon a selling price, we will require the customer to sign a consignment agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the consignment arrangement. The consignment agreement will include the following:

  • A description of the item(s) being sold
  • The agreed-upon selling price
  • The consignment period (i.e., the length of time the item(s) will be listed for sale)
  • The commission rate (i.e., the percentage of the selling price that we will retain as our fee)
  • Any other relevant terms and conditions
  1. Consignment Sales: We will make every effort to sell the item(s) during the consignment period. If the item(s) sell, we will deduct our commission from the selling price and remit the remaining balance to the customer. If the item(s) do not sell during the consignment period, the customer may either choose to extend the consignment period or take back the item(s).

  2. Payment: Once the item(s) sell, we will remit payment to the customer within 14 business days. Payment will be made via check or electronic transfer, depending on the customer's preference.

  3. Liability: We will take reasonable care to ensure the safety and security of the item(s) while they are in our possession. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss that may occur to the item(s) during the consignment period.

  4. Termination: Either party may terminate the consignment agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If the customer terminates the agreement before the end of the consignment period, we may charge a termination fee to cover any expenses incurred during the consignment period.
